Catenary protection visor

The catenary protection visor is a system that allows the protection of the catenary on overpasses, footbridges and overhead bridges on newly built or existing FFCC or L.A.V. lines in order to prevent electrocution in the event of contact with the voltage lines of the railway power network.

Features

  • The manufacture complies with the specifications defined by ADIF for any product to be installed in its railway infrastructures.
  • Specifically designed to protect people from electrocution in the event of contact with the power supply cables.


Installation

The visor and the anchorages are calculated on the basis of the acting load resistance.


Anti-corrosion treatment

  • Hot dip galvanised according to UNE EN 1461
  • Powder coated in ADIF corporate colour or in the different standard colours of the RAL chart in accordance with standard UNE EN 15773.
  • DUPLEX system: Hot dip galvanised + Thermo-lacquered. According to the UNE EN 13438 standard.
