Concrete wall handrail

The concrete wall handrail is a system composed of one longitudinal tubular metal element arranged horizontally and supported by vertical posts.
Its field of application is specific for installation in ADIF, RENFE and FGV infrastructures.

Features

  • Tubular section handrail.
  • Dovetail modules ensure handrail continuity.
  • Expansion joints are included in the design.
  • Special construction for sections on bends and curves (using a polygon) and on slopes.
  • Possibility of producing any module length.


Installation

  • Structure attachment by welding to the plate previously embedded into the concrete.
  • Structure attachment using a base plate secured with mechanical or chemical bolts in accordance with Standard EN 85-239-91 “Railings. Anchorage features, supply and installation conditions”.

Anticorrosion coating

GALVANIZED: Hot dip galvanized anti-corrosion treatment according to UNE-EN 1461 standard.

POWDER COATING: Protection by polyester powder painting, according to UNE-EN 15773 standard.
