Bird anti-collision screen MF004

The MF004 bird anti-collision screen is a system designed to prevent flying birds from hitting trains on the tracks.

Its field of application is specific for installation on the overpasses of newly built or existing railway or high-speed rail lines.

Features

  • Modular metal structure formed by expanded metal mesh panels.
  • Expansion joints are included in the design.
  • Special construction for sections on bends and curves (using a polygon) and on slopes.
  • Possibility of producing any module length.


Installation

  • Structure attachment by welding to the plate previously embedded into the concrete.
  • Structure attachment using a base plate secured with mechanical or chemical bolts.

Surface treatment

GALVANISED: Hot dip galvanising anti-corrosion treatment according to EN 1461.

POWDER COATED: Protection using polyester powder coating, applying the QUALISTEELCOAT process based on Standard EN12944 according to the RAL colour requested.

DUPLEX SYSTEM: Hot dip galvanising + powder coating
Powder coated in ADIF corporate colour.
