Bird anti-collision screen MF001

The MF001 bird anti-collision screen is a system designed to prevent flying birds from hitting trains on the tracks.

Its field of application is specific for installation on the overpasses of newly built or existing railway or high-speed rail lines.

Features

  • Modular metal structure comprising straight tubular elements, both vertical and horizontal.
  • Dovetail modules ensure continuity. Expansion joints are included in the design.
  • Special construction for sections on bends and curves (using a polygon) and on slopes.
  • Possibility of producing any module length.


Installation

  • Structure attachment by welding to the plate previously embedded into the concrete.
  • Structure attachment using a base plate secured with mechanical or chemical bolts.

Anticorrosion coating

GALVANIZED: Hot dip galvanized anti-corrosion treatment according to UNE-EN 1461 standard.

POWDER COATING: Protection by polyester powder painting, according to UNE-EN 15773 standard.

  • Powder coated in ADIF corporate colour.
