Metalesa road safety, better known by its brand name Metalesa, is a family-owned company specialising in the development, engineering, manufacture and marketing of products for urban, road and railway equipment. It has 40,000 m2 of facilities that allow it to develop a variety of production processes and a wide range of products.

Metalesa structures its business into three areas: Road Safety, Mobility, and Acoustics. In all of them, it specializes in the development, engineering, manufacturing, and marketing of equipment for transport and mobility infrastructures.
We have a production center with a 40,000 m2 facility where we manufacture our wide range of solutions for road safety, acoustics and any other equipment for transport infrastructure.
We use 4.0 manufacturing processes with implemented data connectivity and real time production monitoring software and hardware in all phases of our production chain.

By marketing our catalog of metalic bridge parapets, acoustic noise barriers, railings, fences and many other solutions, METALESA has participated in major civil works carried out in the Spanish territory. We cooperate with infrastructure construction companies to make roads safer. In our years of history, we have completed kilometric projects with our products in both in road and railway networks.
To supply international markets, METALESA is also present in foreign countries. The quality and performance of our products have led us to be an exporting company to over 40 countries on 4 continents.
METALESA has accepted the challenge to bring students to the actual business world and to contribute to their training. To achieve such goal we collaborate with universities, technological institutes and associations. Because innovation is part of our DNA.

Solar Energy
With our solar power plant, we generate 340.398 kWh of clean energy, covering 39.6% of our consumption needs
Commercial Fleet
Before 2030 we are committed to transform all our commercial fleet into hybrid and electric vehicles in order to emit less CO2 and nitrogen oxides
Recycling
We encourage reuse and circular economy. All our components can be properly recycled after their useful life.
Zero Discharge
We have a powder coating plant to paint our products. This facility includes a purification equipment that eliminates the reagent used. Thus, we continuously reuse the water of the production cycle, allowing consumption savings and preventing discharges to the network, ensuring waste control, compliance with current legislation and sustainability of the productive process.
